Ali is fascinated by what makes people tick – who cares about what cause and why? How can we connect non-profits to their supporters. She loves to get the best out of people, focusing talents and motivation on achieving the goal in hand.
Marketing, campaigning, fundraising - Alison has senior experience of them on both agency and client side, in the commercial and charitable sectors.
She trained as an executive coach with the School of Coaching, has a certificate of Professional Development in Executive Coaching and is accredited by the EMCC and University of Strathclyde.
Prior to establishing Treehouse, Alison worked in senior strategic marketing roles for Oxfam UK, Unicef Australia, and Plan International. She has also worked as a strategic planner with Burnett Associates, Lion, Think, Catalyst and Whitewater. Her clients have included; Unicef Australia, Cancer Research Campaign, Red Cross, Amnesty, Wateraid, Greenpeace, Dog’s Trust and the Ramblers.

Rupert is passionate about developing new products and programmes based on market, brand and consumer insight.
He has worked in senior roles both in the charity and commercial sectors, specialising in marketing, fundraising and innovation.
Prior to working at Treehouse he worked at Stonewall, Whitewater, Target Direct and Bridge. His clients have included amongst others; Amnesty International, Cancer Research UK, Save the Children, ActionAid, RHS, COI and Battersea Dogs Home.
He recently bought some lovely web 2.0 glasses that bring out his inner geek.
